The Jahiratwala App वापरताना खालील सर्व नियम व अटी लागू राहतील. App वापरणे, प्लॅन खरेदी करणे किंवा सेवा वापरणे म्हणजे आपण खालील नियम व अटी वाचून त्यांना मान्यता दिली आहे असे समजले जाईल.
1. प्लॅटफॉर्मचा उद्देश
The Jahiratwala App हा वापरकर्त्यांना सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट, प्रचार साहित्य, शुभेच्छा पोस्टर व इतर डिजिटल डिझाईन्स तयार करण्यासाठी उपलब्ध करून दिलेला एक डिजिटल डिझाईन प्लॅटफॉर्म आहे.
App मध्ये विविध रेडीमेड डिझाईन्स, फ्रेम्स, टेम्पलेट्स आणि व्हिडिओ उपलब्ध असतात.
वापरकर्ते या डिझाईन्समध्ये फोटो, नाव, पद किंवा मजकूर जोडून स्वतःची पोस्ट तयार करू शकतात.
2. वैयक्तिक वापर धोरण
The Jahiratwala App मधील सर्व डिझाईन्स, फ्रेम्स, टेम्पलेट्स व व्हिडिओ फक्त वैयक्तिक वापरासाठी उपलब्ध करून दिलेले आहेत.
खालील गोष्टी करण्यास कडक मनाई आहे:
असे आढळल्यास The Jahiratwala App ला कोणतीही पूर्वसूचना न देता अकाउंट किंवा पॅकेज बंद करण्याचा अधिकार राहील.
3. डिझाईन पुनर्विक्री व शेअरिंग प्रतिबंध
App मधील डिझाईन, फ्रेम, टेम्पलेट किंवा व्हिडिओ:

4. डिझाईन फ्रेम वैधता
प्लॅनसोबत मिळणाऱ्या फ्रेम्स सक्रिय दिनांकापासून १ वर्षासाठी वैध राहतील.
5. फोटो / नाव / पद बदल
भविष्यात खालील बदल करायचे असल्यास अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू राहील:
₹70 प्रति फ्रेम संपादन शुल्क लागू राहील.
6. अतिरिक्त फ्रेम
अतिरिक्त (नवीन) फ्रेम हवी असल्यास:
₹150 प्रति फ्रेम शुल्क आकारले जाईल.
ही सुविधा Basic Plan साठी लागू नाही.
7. डिझाईन तयार होण्याचा कालावधी
ऑर्डर नोंदवल्यानंतर डिझाईन तयार होण्यासाठी किमान 48 तासांचा कालावधी लागू शकतो.
वर्कलोड जास्त असल्यास अधिक वेळ लागू शकतो.
8. बाहेरील डिझाईन्स
The Jahiratwala App बाहेरील कोणतेही डिझाईन्स तयार करून देत नाही.
9. तांत्रिक सहाय्य
App वापरताना कोणतीही तांत्रिक अडचण आल्यास खालील वेळेत संपर्क साधावा.

App वापरून तयार केलेल्या पोस्टमधील मजकूर, राजकीय प्रचार, विधान किंवा संदेश यासाठी पूर्ण जबाबदारी संबंधित वापरकर्त्याची राहील.
खालील प्रकारची सामग्री तयार करणे किंवा प्रसारित करणे मनाई आहे:
असे आढळल्यास संबंधित सामग्री हटवली जाऊ शकते व अकाउंट बंद केले जाऊ शकते.
13. डिझाईन मालकी हक्क
The Jahiratwala App मधील सर्व डिझाईन्स, फ्रेम्स, टेम्पलेट्स, ग्राफिक्स आणि डिझाईन सिस्टम यांचे सर्व मालकी हक्क The Jahiratwala App कडे राखीव आहेत.
या डिझाईन्सची कॉपी, पुनर्वितरण किंवा पुनर्विक्री करण्यास मनाई आहे.
14. कॉपीराइट व तृतीय पक्ष सामग्री
App मधील काही चित्रे, आयकॉन्स किंवा ग्राफिक्स हे तृतीय पक्ष स्त्रोतांमधून घेतलेले असू शकतात.
त्यांचे कॉपीराइट त्यांच्या संबंधित मालकांकडे राहतात.
15. सामग्री संदर्भातील वाद
App मधील कोणत्याही डिझाईन किंवा घटकावर तक्रार किंवा कॉपीराइट दावा आल्यास The Jahiratwala App ला संबंधित सामग्री तात्काळ हटवण्याचा अधिकार राहील.
16. रेडीमेड डिझाईन वापर धोरण
App मध्ये उपलब्ध असलेले रेडीमेड डिझाईन्स वापरकर्त्यांना फोटो, नाव किंवा मजकूर जोडून वैयक्तिक पोस्ट तयार करण्यासाठी दिलेले आहेत.
App वापरून तयार केलेल्या पोस्टमधील मजकूर किंवा फोटो यासाठी वापरकर्ताच जबाबदार राहील.
17. जबाबदारी मर्यादा
App वापरताना तांत्रिक अडचणी, सर्व्हर समस्या किंवा डेटा गमावणे अशा परिस्थितीत The Jahiratwala App कोणत्याही आर्थिक नुकसानासाठी जबाबदार राहणार नाही.

कोणत्याही डिझाईन किंवा सामग्री संदर्भात तक्रार प्राप्त झाल्यास The Jahiratwala App संबंधित सामग्री तपासून आवश्यक असल्यास ती हटवू शकते.
21. कॉपीराइट संरक्षण
App मधील सर्व डिझाईन्स व डिजिटल सामग्री बौद्धिक संपदा हक्कांद्वारे संरक्षित आहेत.
परवानगीशिवाय त्यांचा वापर, कॉपी किंवा पुनर्विक्री करणे बेकायदेशीर आहे.
22. कायदेशीर अधिकार क्षेत्र
The Jahiratwala App च्या संदर्भातील कोणताही वाद उद्भवल्यास तो राहाता न्यायालयाच्या अधिकार क्षेत्रात राहील.

By using The Jahiratwala App, purchasing any plan, or using any service provided in the App, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of the Platform
The Jahiratwala App is a digital design platform that allows users to create social media posts, greeting posters, promotional materials and other digital designs.
The App provides ready-made designs, frames, templates and videos.
Users can customize these designs by adding photos, names, designations or text.
2. Personal Use Policy
All designs, frames, templates and videos available in The Jahiratwala App are provided strictly for personal use.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
If such activity is detected, The Jahiratwala App may terminate the account without prior notice.
3. Design Resale Restriction

Frames provided with the plan will remain valid for one year from activation date.
5. Photo / Name / Designation Changes
Future changes such as:
₹70 per frame editing charge will apply.
6. Additional Frame
New frames can be purchased for:

This feature is not available for the Basic Plan.
7. Design Processing Time
Design preparation may take at least 48 hours after order confirmation.
More time may be required depending on workload.
8. External Designs
The Jahiratwala App does not create designs outside the App platform.

10. Refund Policy
All services are digital services.

Payments are non-refundable.
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

12. Political and Sensitive Content
The Jahiratwala App only provides a design creation tool.
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.
Prohibited content includes:

Caste discrimination

Such content may be removed and the account may be terminated.
13. Design Ownership
All designs, frames, templates, graphics and design systems belong to The Jahiratwala App.
Copying, redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
14. Third-Party Content
Some icons, images or graphics may belong to third-party sources and their copyrights remain with the respective owners.
15. Content Disputes
If a complaint or copyright claim is received, The Jahiratwala App reserves the right to remove the content immediately.
16. Ready-Made Design Policy
Ready-made designs are provided for creating personal posts.
Users are responsible for the photos and text they add.
17. Limitation of Liability
The Jahiratwala App will not be responsible for financial loss caused by:
